I'm need to lose 9 pounds before november 7th.? - freeze carrot juice

I am 12 and overweight from 9 EV pounds.I has lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I need to lose at least 9 more before my check, and 7 November.

Can you tell me about working from home on my belly and thighs?
Can you design a plan for me as I want?

Here are some tips and recommendations for weight loss, you can each day:
- Exercise 6 to 7 days a week.

- And try your workout into two different sessions to break, this gives your metabolism a jolt.

- Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water per day. And try to drink ice water burn calories.

ok well if you burn 500 extra calories a day, a day to lose pounds on a pedometer in your local store to go and try to burn more calories per day, as you all calories you can eat or drink, and follow and if you have more than what they ate and drank and burned, progress was made on that day! Try it really worked for me
I am a man of 17, weighs about 50 pounds, and I am 168cm tall. I go to the gym three times a week for an hour of cardio (mainly on the cross trainer) and according to the machines i burn about 850-950 calories each time. (I know that the machines) as well.
My daily diet;
Breakfast: All Bran with semi-skimmed milk and 2 pieces of fruit ussually get nectarines. (300 calories ISH)
Snack: apple (50 calories)
Lunch, turkey sandwich (whole meal break and Turkey slices do not spread further) (150 calories)
To avoid breakfast (213 calories)
Dinner varies, but consists of 300 calories. Today I had a fish cake, green beans and noodles.
Dessert, 250 calories .. Ice or yohgurt and Bar
Supthrough, allbran muesli with skim milk (or Special K) with a piece of fruit (250-300 calories)

I drink two liters of water per day and about two diet drinks and two cups of green tea.

I think it is healthy, but for ABS almost anything you can do squat about it:] and if the legs and things have to move and that, as super-thin legs and do it every day for more than 20 minutes, then def eat well and ready for testing, but then

My sister is a model and had to lose weight for fashion week. primarily ate fish, eggs and vegetables. I eat rice and use the calcium in skim milk with something when I carry you and keep you.
